March 1, 2016 - Show applications must be postmarked by March 1st

 

March 1, 2016 - Artisan applications must be postmarked by March 1st - All Levels; Prospective Artisan, Artisan to Master, Re-Jury Master, and Re-Jury Artisan

 

March 1, 2016 - Summer & Winter Show Applications are due, with appropriate fees.

 

March 8, 2016 - Board Meeting

 

March 2016 - Jury will meet to review artist applications for both Summer and Winter Festivals

 

April 2, 2016 - To Jurying Artisans;  (Prospective Roycroft Artisan, Roycroft Artisan to Master, and Roycroft Master rejury) are to drop off examples of their work between 8:30am - 9:30am at the Aurora Senior Center, 101 King Street, East Aurora NY - For those unable to drop work off, instructions will be provided on shipping your items.  NOTE:  The only artisan level which it is NOT mandatory for examples of work to be viewed at Jury is;  The Artisan Rejury Level - at this level digital images are all that is necessary.

 

April 2, 2016 - Annual Artisan Jury - All Roycroft Master Artisans are requested to attend.  Location:  Aurora Senior Center, 101 King Street, East Aurora NY.  Time:  10am to approximately 3 to 4pm.

June 14, 2016 - Board Meeting

 

June 24, 2016 - (Friday night) Artist may begin setting-up at Parkdale Elementary any time after 6PM

 

June 25 & 26 2016 - Roycroft Summer Festival -Parkdale Elementary School - 141 Girard Street, East Aurora NY  14052   Show hours:  10am to 5pm, both days 

 

June 25, 2016 - On Saturday evening, immediately follow the close of the show there will be an Artisan Picnic for Artisans and spouses.   A selection of lunch meats and cheeses will be served along with Breads and Rolls, condiments and dressings.  There will also be several salads and fruit platers.  Non-alcohol beverages.

 

June 26, 2016 - At 4pm GOODIE BOX RAFFLE WINNING TICKET  will be selected and the lucky name of the winner will be announced.  This drawing will take place at the Roycroft Summer Festival in the information booth - Winner DOES NOT have to be present to win. Winner will contacted.

October 11, 2016 - Board Meeting Annual Meeting open to all members

 

November 1, 2016 - Winter Show Fees are due.

December 2, 2016 - Artist may begin setting-up for this show after 6PM

 

December 3 & 4, 2016 - Roycroft Winter Festival, East Aurora Middle School - directly across from the Historic Roycroft Campus.  Show hours: 10am to 5pm both days.

 

December 3, 2016 - There will be a Christmas Party for all the Artisans to attend (and spouses) Saturday night following the show.  Time and location to be announced.
